Student accounts are created by the registration team when the student is registered for their first class.  This article will explain how to look up student accounts in the administration tab.


Instructions to look up student accounts

Step 1: Looking up students in administration tab

  • You will click 'Administration' tab at the top of the maestro page
  • click 'view users' on the left side of page under 'users' heading


Step 2: Searching for the correct student

  • Type student's name, using the last name first, in the name search box
  • click 'enter' on your keyboard


Step 3: Narrowing search results

  • you can narrow down your search results by click 'students' in the drop down menu under 'role'


Reminder: To view a student's course load, the student account will need to be viewed from the 'Students' tab
