How To Login to Enter a Support Ticket


If you are experiencing an issue with our product or service, submitting a support ticket is the best way to get help from our customer support team. Here are the steps to login and enter a support ticket:


1. Enter the website address into your browser: https://myvsoe.maestrosis.com/


2. Enter your username and password, then click “Login”.


3. From the links on the left side of your screen, select the arrow next to “External Links” to open the drop-down menu.


4. From the drop-down menu, select “Submit a Support Ticket”.


5. Fill in each area with a red star next to it. Be sure to enter the email address that you check regularly.


6. If possible, add a screenshot. This is very helpful for IT support.


7. When finished, click “Submit”.


Once you click "Submit", you will receive an immediate response at the email address you entered from Help Desk which includes a ticket number. Most tickets are resolved within 24 business hours. Please check your email for updates and responses.
