We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of completing coursework by the section end date. That's why we offer a free complimentary 2-week extension for students who need a little extra time. During this extension, students will work independently (no Live Sessions) to complete assignments, but they will still have access to course materials and previously recorded Live Sessions (if applicable). Our teachers will also be available to answer any questions via the messaging center.

To request an extension, please keep in mind that only the individual who enrolled the student can make the request. Please note: If you were enrolled through a partner school, please contact your school administrator in order to request an extension. Your school administrator will submit your extension request on your behalf. 

The extension request is submitted via our Customer Support ticketing system, but please make sure to do so at least 5 calendar days prior to the course end date to allow for processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept extension requests after the end date of a course has passed.

If you need an extension beyond the 2-week complimentary period, we offer paid extensions at a fee of $50 per course enrollment, per student, per week, with a maximum of two weeks per course. Please note that no extension, complimentary or paid, can extend beyond 24 weeks (48 weeks for Full Year courses) from the start date of the course.
