Live Class Support


At T&L, we understand that technical issues can arise during live sessions, and we are committed to providing you with the support you need. Here are some ways you can get live session support:


Utilize the Helpdesk chat, submit a Helpdesk ticket, or text the emergency number when you need live session support. Our support team is available to assist you with any technical issues you may encounter during your live sessions.


Late Starts - The Live Class Monitoring Team, Instructional Managers, and Program Managers are alerted of missing teachers 2 minutes after course start times. This late start triggers a chain of internal support procedures and escalations for these teams. Please do your best to arrive to each session on time to avoid this disruption and also to provide top-notch service to our students and schools.


Clear your cache and cookies or try another browser when experiencing technical issues. If you encounter technical issues during your live session, clearing your cache and cookies or trying another browser may help resolve the issue.


Kindly text the emergency number if students do not arrive within the first few minutes of a new section launching. If students do not arrive within the first few minutes of a new section launching, please text the emergency number so that our support team can assist you in resolving the issue.
