Turn off Pop-up Blocker Safari
If you're having trouble accessing certain websites or features on Safari, it could be because your pop-up blocker is turned on. Pop-up blockers are designed to prevent unwanted windows from opening up while you're browsing the internet. However, sometimes they can also block legitimate windows that you actually want to see. If you're experiencing this issue, here's how you can turn off your pop-up blocker on Safari:
1. Open Safari and click on the Safari menu in the top left corner of your screen.
2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Uncheck the box next to "Block pop-up windows" to turn off the pop-up blocker.
5. Close the Preferences window.
Once you've turned off your pop-up blocker, you should be able to access the websites and features that were previously blocked. However, it's important to note that turning off your pop-up blocker can also leave you vulnerable to unwanted pop-ups and potential security threats. To avoid this, make sure you only turn off your pop-up blocker for trusted websites that you know won't harm your computer.
